A complete theme built using components of Propeller Pro (a framework based on Bootstrap 4, Google’s Material Design Standards, JQuery, and SCSS). It comes with Google Inbox inspired mailbox design and is integrated with multiple third-party plugins like Range Slider, Date Time Picker, Chart.js and fullcalendar.js.
The theme uses SASS to make editing styles easier the never before. All styles are entirely developed with SASS and are easy to understand.

Is this supported with ReactJS or AngularJS?

Hello Alde,
The Bootstrap 4 Admin Theme is based on jQuery. The HTML structure is compatible. However, to make it dynamic and clickable you will have to write the javascript on your own.
With saying that I would also like to let you know that we are soon coming up with the Angular 9 based Propeller Library which will come with all Native Angular Components, an Admin Theme and a starter template.

Is this theme still being supported and updated? Is this a viable choice for a new starting project right now and is it compatible with bootstrap 4.4?

Yes the theme is being supported and updated on timely basis. And definitely it is a good choice to start a new project as the theme has all the necessary templates that you might require to develop an Admin Panel and a Web Application. Moreover, yes, the theme is compatible with Bootstrap 4.4.
