How do I change the navigation bar color?

Hello Phanuwat,
You can change the color of the sidebar, by setting the background-color property in the .pmd-sidebar class.
However, if you wish to change the color of the header area, you can update the background-color and border-color property in the .navbar-inverse class.

We have not used it yet with Angular. However, many of the community members are using Propeller and its Admin theme with Angular. And one of them has shared a solution on how to use the Propeller Components with Angular JS. Please refer this GitHub thread (https://github.com/digicorp/propeller/issues/49).

is the Highcharts JS component non comercial use or free?

Sorry for the delayed response.
We have used the non-commercial version of Highcharts as this an open-source theme. However, if you are using the theme for a commercial purpose, you might have to purchase it.

Dear friends, can you explain the use of propeller in forms created by Expression language (EL) form as we create in JSF.

Yes, you can use Propeller with the JSF forms.
You just need to include the Bootstrap and Propeller css and js files in the order mentioned in the HTML Setup in – https://propeller.in/get-started/ and then directly use the classes in the styleClass attribute as per your needs.
